Delivery Policy
Customs and import charges
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Essex, England.
From October 14th, 2025 onwards, orders will be dispatched from our new warehouse in Northampton, England.
Please note that orders exceeding €150 will incur additional customs charges at checkout. Duties will be shown and charged at checkout, ensuring a smooth delivery process via our DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) service.
Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of shipping.
