Creating Your Return or Exchange
You'll need your order number and your zip code handy to request your return. Just head to our easy to use Returns & Exchanges Portal and follow the steps and we will get your refund, exchange or credit to you as soon as we can safely see your return is on its way. Your Boody Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us within 30 days for replacement, exchange or a refund (excludes Underwear & Bodysuits for hygiene reasons).

Returns and Exchanges Policy
We take every measure to ensure that our production standards are both ethical and quality assured. We know you're going to love your Boody but if for any reason you have any issues, please lodge a return by completing the web form below.

You can return any item (except Final Sale items, Underwear and Bodysuits - Bras do not classify as Underwear) within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and health reasons, it is against the law to exchange or refund underwear and bodysuits, except in the case of a faulty garment, as per Consumer Rights Directive.
Underwear includes all Women's Briefs, Bikinis, G-Strings, and Period & Leak-proof Underwear, and all Men's Boxers, Briefs, and Trunks.

Bras do not classify as Underwear and can be exchanged/returned so long as they meet our policy.

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned, unless faulty as per Consumer Rights Directive.

If a Bodysuit, Final Sale item, or Underwear is returned to us, we will be unable to issue a refund/exchange, and we will also be unable to return the item to you.

All returns, for refund or exchange, are charged at €6.00. This fee will either be paid on the returns portal (for exchanges), or deducted from your refund (for refunds). The shipping costs on orders under our free shipping threshold are non refundable.

Products sadly cannot be returned/exchanged at one of our stockist locations nor can we accept returns/exchanges for products purchased through one of our stockists.
