Sometimes, things just don’t work out. It happens!

You can return any item, excluding Final Sale items and Intimates, within 30 days of the date of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and in undamaged packaging.

We kindly ask to try on items while not wearing any make-up, perfume, or beauty products that can leave marks or scents, as this could cause the item to be deemed non-returnable by our team.

For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened Intimates (such as Bodysuits, Socks, and Underwear), except in the case of a faulty garment, as per Consumer Rights Directive.
Underwear includes all Women's Briefs, Bikinis, G-Strings, Undershorts, Shapewear, and Period & Leak-proof Underwear, as well as all Men's Boxers, Briefs, and Trunks.

How do I wash my Boody?

We recommend a cool-to-warm (up to 104°F/40°C) machine wash with similar colours and soft fabrics, using a gentle bio-degradable detergent. Boody can be dried in the sun; however, to best keep colours vivid, we'd recommend you dry your beloved items in the shade.

If you need to tumble dry, please use the lowest setting, or set it to 'delicates' - except for items where the care label indicates 'do not tumble dry'. Please note that not all products can be tumble-dried.

Iron on a low setting, do not dry clean - except for items where the care label indicates 'do not iron'.

Some garments have unique care instructions, including our padded bras, which are viewable under the 'Fabric' tab of any product page, as well as on the care label.

That’s what makes our bamboo fabric so ideal for bras!

If you're in between sizes, we recommend you size down - due to the natural stretch of the fabric and desired firmness in fit.

How do I wash my Boody Period & Leak-proof underwear?

Accepted Answer

Please note that your Period & Leak-proof undies need to be washed before wearing them for the first time to help activate the absorbing technology.

Rinse your period underwear in cold water as soon as you can after removal and rinse until the water runs clear.
Wash in a wash bag (while not essential, it helps your underwear last longer)
Wash on a cold cycle - max up to 86°F/30°C. If you're hand-washing, the water should feel close to room temperature. Do not bleach and do not soak.
Line dry only - we recommend drying in the sun if you can. Sunlight has natural anti-microbial properties that are good for your undies! Do not tumble dry and do not iron.

How do I wash my Boody Period & Leak-proof underwear?

Please note that your Period & Leak-proof undies need to be washed before wearing them for the first time to help activate the absorbing technology.

Rinse your period underwear in cold water as soon as you can after removal and rinse until the water runs clear.
Wash in a wash bag (while not essential, it helps your underwear last longer)
Wash on a cold cycle - max up to 86°F/30°C. If you're hand-washing, the water should feel close to room temperature. Do not bleach and do not soak.
Line dry only - we recommend drying in the sun if you can. Sunlight has natural anti-microbial properties that are good for your undies! Do not tumble dry and do not iron.
